SHIPPING.

We understand that as a customer you expect to receive your order as quickly as possible. That is why we work to deliver your purchase with deliveries available from 48h once the order has been received, although this will depend on the availability of the selected article

Although we have many products in stock, other references have to be made to order. For each item we indicate the approximate delivery time, so you should take this information into account before making your purchase..

In periods of campaigns or promotions such as sales or Black Friday, delivery times are not guaranteed and deliveries may be delayed.

To find out when your order will be dispatched, please keep an eye on your email inbox. We will send you a shipping confirmation notifying you that your order has left our warehouse, so you should receive your order within 24h-72h. No deliveries are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.

If you place your order on a working day before 14h, your order will be processed in the system on the same day, but on weekends or holidays, orders are processed the next working day.

* Customised products have a delivery time of 30 days from the confirmation of the design.

COST OF DELIVERY.

Shipping costs are charged according to the weight or volume of the goods. All orders have a shipping cost adjusted to the characteristics of the order.

You will be able to see the shipping cost in the order breakdown prior to the completion of the process and it will vary depending on whether you add or subtract products from your basket. Remember that from 150€ the shipping is free in Peninsula and Balearic Islands!

TRACKING MY SHIPMENT.

You can track your shipment with the purchase code that you will receive in the confirmation of your order. You can write us an email to atencioncliente@covercash.es or call us on 673 90 42 53 from 09:00h to 14:00h and from 16:00h to 19:00h from Monday to Friday.

HOW IS DELIVERY MADE?.

All orders are sent by DHL, but Covercash reserves the right to change the transport agency depending on the volume or weight, always guaranteeing the best and fastest service.

The delivery of goods will only take place from Monday to Friday from 09:00h to 18:30h.

Orders of more than three packages will be shipped on pallets and will be delivered at street level, only high parcel orders of one or two boxes will be delivered.

CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER IN A CERTAIN TIME SLOT?.

You can leave your preferences about the delivery time in the comments box that you will find before finalising your order.

We will pass this information on to the transport agency but it may be difficult to comply because it will depend on the carrier's route. If your order is urgent, we recommend that you call us first to confirm delivery times or to arrange collection

CAN I COLLECT MY ORDER?.

We offer you the possibility of picking up your order at our facilities located in Seville. We recommend that you contact us so that we can confirm availability and the pick-up address.

We will provide you with a discount coupon so that the system does not charge you for the shipping costs when you pay for your purchase and we will notify you by email when you can pick up your order.

Our transport agency does not deliver to collection boxes such as Citipaq or Amazon Locker.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS.

At the moment we only ship to mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands. But maybe later we will expand our shipping area, subscribe to our newsletter to stay up to date.

INCIDENTS AND COMPLAINTS.

If at the time of delivery you observe any incident in the goods delivered by the transport service, you must indicate it on the delivery note of the transport company, only in this way we can claim the incident to the contracted company and proceed with the corresponding compensation or replacement.

Claims or returns for defects in goods that are not made in writing within 10 days of delivery of the goods will not be dealt with

If, once the goods have been received, it is found that there has been a defect in the material or an error in the delivery, we will proceed with the payment or replacement as long as the products are returned in their entirety to our facilities.

RETURNS.

Returns resulting from transport incidents or mismanagement of our company, will be collected and paid or replaced at no additional charge to the customer.

The returns of whose merchandise we do not have incidence (merchandise damaged by the transport not indicated in the delivery note of the transport or order erroneously made on the part of the client), will be possible before the term of 15 working days as long as the client takes charge of the management and the cost of the transport for the above mentioned return.

SHIPMENTS DURING COVID19.

- The entire team that prepares the orders wears protective masks.

- There are work shifts, limiting the capacity in common areas and respecting the safety distance between employees.

- Work areas are disinfected between shifts and individual working tools are used.

- We ventilate enclosed spaces on a regular basis.

- Disinfectant gel and soap are available in designated areas for frequent hand washing.
