Custom microperforated semitube reel

The perforated half-tube coils are made of 20μ transparent cast polypropylene suitable for food use. They are composed of two sheets that allow us to pack our fresh food if we have a manual sealer.

• 1. To get started, you need to define the number of colors in your print. Please note that the prices marked are not valid for full fund prints or four-hearts. Prices valid for 1 spot color.

• 2. Mark the thickness (microns μ) of your coil.

• 3. Click on the size of your coil. Keep in mind that the measurements are expressed in millimeters and you should know what measure your packaging machine needs.

• 4. Choose the number of coils you need. The minimum quantity comes by default in each size and each coil has a length of 1,000 meters.

• 5. Add your order to the cart and confirm your order. You will receive a confirmation email and with the confirmation number you must send us an email with your logo or the information you need to appear on the bag.

• 6. Within a maximum period of 5 working days we will send you a sketch that you must accept in writing. Once the design is approved, we will proceed to the manufacture of your personalized bags. We will deliver your order within a maximum period of 30 working days from the confirmation of the design.

REMARKS:

• - The price indicated is for 1 spot color with a maximum printed surface of 80% of the surface of the reel.
• - No prints are made with photographic quality or ink backgrounds.
• - Without additional charges, the total cost of the order is the one that appears in the summary of the purchase.
