Package dimensions.

Depending on the quantity and volume of the product ordered, you will receive a box or a pallet. Orders with more than 2 products or 30kg in weight will be shipped on wooden pallets (small, medium or European). Orders shipped on pallets will be delivered at street level, only parcel orders of two or one box will be delivered in high volume.

can I request an invoice?.

Soon we will enable in your purchase history the automatic download of your invoices. While this service is available, you will receive your invoice via email.

what is the origin of the products?.

All products are manufactured in Spain and are shipped from our production center located in Seville.

can I buy outside Spain?.

At the moment we only serve orders in Spain but soon we will expand our offer to more countries.

are the products suitable for food?.

Our products are intended for any market but have been specially manufactured for the food sector, so most of our containers have the certificate of suitability for food use. We will tell you if the container or packaging is suitable for food in the description of each item.

can I return my order?.

Yes, unless it is a customized product. If you are not satisfied with the dimensions or characteristics of the product, you can return your order within 15 working days from the date of receipt of your order.
To carry out the return you must contact us within 15 days from the date of receipt of your order. You will have to arrange the return transport and bear the cost of it. Once the return has been received and checked by our operators, we will ask you for an account number where we will make a bank transfer and issue the corresponding invoice.

The goods I have received are not what I ordered or are defective.

Don't worry, let us know and we will fix it. We will remove the wrong order and send you the correct order as soon as possible.

why is the delivery of my order not immediate?.

Almost all the products we have are of our own manufacture, but some of them are collaborations with national partners who have to send us your item to our facilities. Sometimes we may have stock breaks and we need a small margin to restock the item, so we ask for your patience and that you place your order well in advance so you don't run out of your container.

can I receive my order on Saturday or Sunday?.

No. The shipping agency only delivers from Monday to Friday.

can I request delivery at a specific time?.

We can not guarantee it, the agencies need a time frame of at least 3 hours. Please let us know your preferences in the comments of your order and we will do our best to satisfy them.

can you let me know before delivering my order?.

We will send you an email once we ship your order, so keep an eye on your email!

I'm not sure about the size of the bag I need to order, how can I be sure?.
